Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Label
Place the items back in their original packaging, including the dust bags and shoe horn, then attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
